School Administrator/Admin Assistant

Job Description:

Arden Education are working in collaboration with a primary school situated in Quinton to find a School Administrator for a long-term position starting in May until July with the view to go permanent for the right administrator.

This is an outstanding primary school located near to Birmingham City Centre with easy access to buses and a local train station.

You are to be an experienced school administrator with at least 6 months experience within a school setting.

Benefits of a School Administrator

Paid between £8.00 - £14.00 per hour depending on your experience
This position has view to go permanent in September for the right school administrator
You will join a friendly team who will support you to develop your skills further
Full time and part time hours are available

Requirements of a School Administrator

SIMS experience
Experience dealing with parents, staff, visitors, general admin duties including dinner monies
Ability to use all general computer software
At least 6 months experience as a school admin assistant

Responsibilities of a School Administrator

Front office duties - dealing with parents, visitors and pupils
General school office duties
Report to the senior office manager
